First of all, <strong>we were selected as<\/strong> <strong>ambassadors for Civil Economics 2023<\/strong>. Then, we received the invitation to participate in the <strong>\u201cNational Festival of Civil Economics\u201d<\/strong> in Florence. Wonderful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On Friday 29th<\/strong>, in fact, we had the honour and the pleasure to share our <strong>sustainability project<\/strong> at Palazzo Vecchio together with other Italian companies selected as ambassadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talking about our commitment in the chair sector in front of many people and within such a beautiful and evocative setting, was truly a unique experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The sustainability in the chair sector<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During his speech named <strong>\u201cThe sustainability in the chair sector\u201d<\/strong>, Lorenzo shared with the audience our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/braida.net\/en\/concepts-braida-sustainable-direction\/\">FUTURE protocol<\/a><\/strong> and the project that led us this far: <strong>Furniture For Future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a project focused on environmental sustainability and social responsibility that <strong>aims to promote our<\/strong> <strong>daily commitment in applying sustainability in the development of seating<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this regard, Lorenzo presented some projects realised in these years: the nursing rocking chair made by <strong>reusing some stock material<\/strong>, and the Triple F chairs, designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simonemicheli.com\/\">Simone Micheli<\/a> and developed according to <strong>eco-design principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, some space was also given to our project \u201cRefittiAMO le scuole\u201d, conceived to promote the <strong>refit and restoration of worn-out chairs and furniture<\/strong> in the schools of the province of Udine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, Lorenzo closed his presentation talking about a new ongoing challenging project in collaboration with the architects Emilia Wanderlingh and Matteo Bermani from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.studio02milano.com\/\">Studio02 Milano<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a project that aims to <strong>create a chairs\u2019 collection according to the principles of circular economy<\/strong> and that is already drawing the attention of valuable partners, sensitive to sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plenty of news is coming soon and we can\u2019t wait to share it with you!
